A festival celebrating African culture and history. Commemorating Juneteenth and the landing of the first enslaved Africans in English North America. An African Street Market selling African-themed apparel, arts and crafts, and food vendors. A traditional Libation and African dancers and drummers. Featuring some of the best of Hampton Roads 7 City entertainment. Admission is $10 for adults and children 12 and under are free.
