Light rail takes you from Fort Norfolk near Ghent to Newtown Road at the
Norfolk/Virginia Beach city line, making stops near the Chrysler Museum,
MacArthur Memorial, and Harbor Park Baseball Stadium.

Suffolk
Suffolk Transit provides safe, cost-efficient fixed route transit services to Suffolk's core Downtown service area. It also provides fixed route transit services in the Northern Suffolk area as well as providing a connection from Downtown to HRT in the Chesapeake Square area before continuing on to the North Suffolk Library.
All day passes cost $3 and one way trips cost $1.50 per trip. Children 5 and under are free. ADA paratransit costs $3 per one-way trip. The all day pass allows you to ride on any Suffolk Transit line. Tickets and passes may be purchased at the City of Suffolk Treasurer’s office or by paying cash (exact change required) on the bus. Tickets and passes may also be purchased at the Virginia Regional Transit Office located at 139 E Washington Street, Suite A.

The Bayfront Shuttle
Shuttle that runs from the Virginia Beach Oceanfront (Resort Area) to First Landing State Park, through the North End beaches up to the Bayfront along Shore Drive (Bay Area). Service is offered about every 45 minutes, 8 a.m. – midnight daily.
